Examination revealed dry skin with round erythematous plaque with yellowish oozing and crusting over the right anterior tibial region. A clinical diagnosis of nummular (coin shaped) or discoid eczema was made. Treatment with a topical corticosteroid and an oral antibiotic was initiated which improved her symptoms.

زخم واري علائقي کي صابڻ سان ڌوئڻ بلڪل به مدد نه ڏيندو آهي ۽ اهو وڌيڪ خراب ٿي سگهي ٿو.
عام طور تي ايجما جي علاج لاءِ هڪ هفتي يا وڌيڪ علاج جي ضرورت هوندي آهي.
#Hydrocortisone ointment
OTC antihistamine. Cetirizine يا levocetirizine fexofenadine کان وڌيڪ اثرائتو آهن پر توهان کي ننڊ ۾ آڻين ٿا.
